At South Auckland Kickboxing, we offer a wide range of classes for kids, youth, and adults. Whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time or preparing for your next fight, every session is designed to build strength, confidence, and skill in a supportive, whānau-based environment.


From high energy kids classes that focus on discipline and fun, to youth sessions that develop sharper technique and fitness, all the way through to adult and fighter training, there is a place for everyone at SAKB. Our experienced coaches work with all ages and skill levels to help you grow at your own pace, in your own way.

Adult Classes

Kickboxing Classes

Mixed Classes

Our Friday mixed sessions combine the best of both boxing and kickboxing for a fun, fast-paced workout that caters to all ages and fitness levels.

Whether you’re training with whānau or flying solo, this class delivers a great mix of skill-building, cardio, and energy in a friendly, inclusive environment.

Youth Classes

(Ages 13–17)

Kickboxing Classes

Our Youth Classes are built to develop rangatahi into strong, skilled, and confident individuals, both inside and outside the gym. With a mix of kickboxing, boxing, and Muay Thai, these sessions focus on building technical ability, physical fitness, and mental resilience.

Whether they’re brand new or looking to eventually step into the ring, each teen is guided through a progression of fundamentals, combos, and sparring prep. Youth who show potential and commitment may also be invited to join our open classes and begin the journey toward competitive fighting.

High school students aged 13–17 are welcome, including those turning 18 if they’re still enrolled in school.

Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Time: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Duration: 1 hour

Our Kids Classes are all about fun, focus, and learning the foundations of martial arts in a safe and encouraging environment. We teach the basics of kickboxing and boxing through structured drills, games, and movement — helping tamariki develop confidence, coordination, and discipline from a young age.

We welcome kids aged 5–12, and occasionally accept younger children (as young as 4) who are able to listen well and follow instruction. Every session is designed to bring out your child's natural strengths and give them a strong start in martial arts.

Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Time: 4:15 PM – 5:00 PM

Duration: 45 minutes
